We are so proud of our Cullman Area Technology Academy health science students! Today this group, through the help of Cullman Electric Cooperative, WestRock, and generous community members... collected household items and food for needy community families. “We wanted to give what we could offer because I’ve always been taught to give unto others as you would want…” said Jaeden Smith, a freshman at West Point High School and 1st-year CATA Health Science Student. “In a healthcare facility you always help your patients first, help everyone who needs it first, then you help yourself.”

SCHEDULE CHANGE: On Friday, December 18, all students will be dismissed at 3pm instead of the originally planned time of 1pm. This change is due to the hybrid schedule. Middle and High School students need this extra time to complete semester exams. Please SHARE to help us get the word out.

In this photo, Child Development Center teacher Karlie Baker presents one of her many excited students with a new pair of shoes for Christmas. Peoples Bank of Alabama graciously donates shoes every year to CDC students. Thank you Peoples Bank, Karlie Baker, and the entire CDC faculty and staff who work so hard each day to care for our children.
