Cullman County Schools and America's First Federal Credit Union recognize two employees each month.
Employee of the Month: Rusty Roden, Agriculture Teacher, Holly Pond High

"Rusty is always willing to help and works on every project that comes up," said Dr. Nate Ayers, Holly Pond High Principal. "Not only is he here early, but he is also here at all hours of the night helping our kids and community," said Ayers.
Employee of the Month: Brittany Davis, Counselor, Fairview Middle

"Brittany goes above and beyond to make sure she is available to all of our students, parents, and teachers for any need they may have," said Trina Walker, Fairview Middle Principal. "She does a phenomenal job as a counselor, friend, co worker, showing compassion to our students in need, and listening to students, and then responding thoughtfully and effectively," said Walker.
