Cullman County Schools along with America's First Federal Credit Union recognizes a teacher and staff member each month.
Teacher of the Month: Melody Martin, 5th Grade, Good Hope Elementary

"Mrs. Martin is an English Language Arts teacher who works with a diverse group of students each year," said Beverly Jenkins, Good Hope Elementary Principal. "She has that unique quality of making everyone around her feel special and important," said Jenkins.
Staff Member of the Month: Pennie Merring, Secretary, Cold Springs Elementary

"Pennie is very patient and loving to our students, she is very helpful and respectful towards faculty and staff as well as anyone who walks in the door at the school," said Micah Rice, Cold Springs Elementary Principal. "No matter how busy Ms. Pennie is, she is always eager to help with whatever problem you may have and does it with a smile on her face," said Rice.
